{"id":1242,"date":"2025-04-29T12:58:22","date_gmt":"2025-04-29T10:58:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/droit-franco-allemand-paris-nanterre.com\/?page_id=1242"},"modified":"2025-04-29T15:17:49","modified_gmt":"2025-04-29T13:17:49","slug":"projet-de-recherche-vers-une-democratie-epanouie","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/droit-franco-allemand-paris-nanterre.com\/?page_id=1242","title":{"rendered":"Projet de recherche: vers une d\u00e9mocratie \u00e9panouie"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Par le biais de leurs travaux sur les questions de fin de vie, les enseignants-chercheurs du cursus, en collaboration avec leurs homologues de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 Aix-Marseille et de plusieurs universit\u00e9s allemandes, ont explor\u00e9 le r\u00f4le des conventions citoyennes dans le d\u00e9bat d\u00e9mocratique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un premier congr\u00e8s interdisciplinaire sur ce th\u00e8me, financ\u00e9 par l\u2019Universit\u00e9 franco-allemande, s\u2019est tenu en avril 2025 \u00e0 l&rsquo;Universit\u00e9 Aix Marseille. Cet \u00e9v\u00e9nement a rassembl\u00e9 des chercheurs confirm\u00e9s ainsi que de jeunes chercheurs et doctorants, pleinement impliqu\u00e9s dans les pr\u00e9sentations et r\u00e9flexions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les contributions issues de ce congr\u00e8s feront l\u2019objet d\u2019une publication.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La richesse des \u00e9changes et l&rsquo;int\u00e9r\u00eat des r\u00e9sultats obtenus ont suscit\u00e9 un vif enthousiasme chez les participants.
